IMG reserves all copyrights and reproduction rights of the art. Buyer may not sell or use art for any commercial benefit. Except for personal, noncommercial use or incidental reproduction, the art shall not be photographed, sketched, painted or reproduced in any manner without the express written consent of IMG. Buyer shall not intentionally destroy, damage, alter or modify the art in any way. In the event of any damage to any of the art, buyer shall consult with IMG before making any repairs. All transferee’s must agree to be bound by all of the obligations set forth herein as evidenced by a written and fully executed agreement.
